Hi!

I’m Bruce, nice to meet you! I have officially been a photographer since January 2023 when I picked up my first interchangeable lens camera, a Fujifilm X-S10 with the 16-80mm kit lens.

Although I have always been keen on photography and owned a few fixed lens digital cameras over the years, I’d always longed to take it that ‘one step further’.

I did a lot of research in to what would be the best starter camera before settling on the X-S10. I found it a fantastic introduction and I pretty much taught myself the basics of photography over the following 6 months, with a little help from YouTube.

This camera cemented my love for Fujifilm, and a year later I purchased an X-H2S, followed by an X-H2 in 2025 and a GFX100S in 2026.

This now covers all my bases for my photography. I snap many different subjects from motocross to weddings and I have a camera and lens to suit just about every situation.

I have many photographic interests, from goth portraits to automotive shoots, with some street photography thrown in. There isn’t much I wouldn’t have a go at shooting really!

At the end of 2025 I was made redundant from my day job and decided to become a full time photographer.

It’s been tough, there’s a lot of competition out there, and finding clients isn’t easy, but slowly and surely I am building up a professional portfolio and getting my name out there!

I currently have 3 weddings under my belt with 3 more booked, and I recently shot my first all weekend event which was Rushden Pride.
